Orders usually shop with ground between the business needs 2-3 days for processing and transportation. Expedited orders before 09:00. PST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded in processing time and shipping, so choose your shipping method accounts for the non-working day. When I place my order, how long it will take to reach?
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days, and the standard of ground transportation orders arrive in 4-7 days. You will be sent a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped so you can track the progress of your package and get the scheduled delivery date. Please orders shipped outside the continental United States to allow delivery of 10-20 days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a tracking number via email. Tracking 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped out.

How can I track my package?
International orders via UPS and USPS shipping and will be shipped to your country's postal operator's responsibility. When your order ships from our warehouse, you will give your e-mail confirmation with a tracking number. You can copy and paste your tracking number to or website to find your package can be used in any tracking information.

International orders will have more duties and taxes when my order is delivered?
Yes. Unfortunately, we do not impose control over tariffs and taxes on your order. Duties and other charges will likely be charged for the items you order. If customs duties and other taxes by customs officials in your package, the cost will be your responsibility.

If I refuse the package, what will happen?
